Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ioya9 platform. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and ioya9.
General Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between ioya9 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who registers on or browses this platform ("user", "member", "you"). By visiting the ioya9 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final and binding.
Membership Eligibility & Age Requirements
Membership Requirements
To become a member of ioya9, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age (for users aged 21 and above only).
- You must have a valid bank account or mobile banking account in your own name.
- You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
- Each individual may create only one account.
- If you have previously been banned from ioya9, opening a new account is prohibited.
Identity Verification
ioya9 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents for verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
Providing false information or concealing your identity will result in immediate account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.
Important: ioya9 takes a strict stance against gambling by minors (under 21). If a user is found to be underage, the account will be closed and all deposited funds will be returned.
Account Management & Security
3.1 Account Security Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to keep your ioya9 account login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. All activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own.
3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited
ioya9 accounts are strictly personal. Under no circumstances may an account be sold, rented, transferred, or made available for another person's use. If such activity is found, the account will be permanently closed.
3.3 Account Closure & Suspension
ioya9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
- A single individual operating multiple accounts.
- Abuse of the bonus system.
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per payment method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).
- Deposits will only be accepted from the account holder's own payment method.
- Third-party payments are not accepted and any such deposits will be returned.
- No transaction fee applies to deposits.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold if an active bonus wagering requirement is pending.
4.1 Suspicious Financial Transactions
ioya9 uses advanced technology to detect suspicious financial transactions. If any transaction appears suspicious, we may hold it for additional review and reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
ioya9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Specific terms apply to each bonus. The general bonus terms are described below.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳16,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳31,000.
To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
5.1 General Bonus Usage Terms
- Each bonus offer applies to each member once only.
- Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.
- If a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit after receiving the bonus; the time limit will be stated in each offer.
- ioya9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- Attempting to abuse the bonus system, manipulate it, or earn bonuses through multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
5.2 VIP Program
ioya9 runs a dedicated VIP program for active members. Regular participation on the platform is required to advance to higher VIP tiers. The benefits of each tier are as follows:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
ioya9 determines the detailed terms for VIP tiers and cashback and reserves the right to make changes.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ioya9 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account may be permanently closed and legal action may be taken:
Technical Manipulation
- Intentionally exploiting software bugs or glitches.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your location.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
Financial Misconduct
- Money laundering or the flow of illegal funds.
- Chargeback fraud or payment deception.
- Bonus abuse through multiple accounts.
- Unauthorized use of another person's payment method.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the ioya9 platform — logos, designs, text, software, graphics, audio, and video elements — is the proprietary property of ioya9 and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
Copying, distributing, publishing, modifying, or using any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ioya9 is strictly prohibited. Only limited permission applies for personal and non-commercial use.
Limitation of Liability

- Losses arising from the user's own negligence or security failures.
